What can I learn?
This course is a one-day course to learn the basics of Hosomaki, Uramaki, and Nigiri. You will learn how to cut the ingredients, make the sushi, and finally taste the sushi you made yourself.

It is ideal for those who want to gain the knowledge necessary to become a sushi chef in the future, or for those who want to take a step further and learn more about the traditional Japanese way of making sushi.
What can I learn?
The Advanced Authentic Course is a practical course to train sushi chefs through one month (4 lessons). You will learn how to grate fish, cut up ingredients, and nigiri sushi all in one step. You will also learn how to make sushi rice, how to make dashimaki omelet, and how to kombu-jime sushi, all of which are full of traditional Japanese knowledge. At the end of each class, you will be able to taste the sushi you made yourself.
