
Today, we would like to share with you snapshots of the advanced sushi lesson with you. The students experienced everything from fish filleting to nigiri!
We got a very nice sea bream and sea bass! Since different types of fishes have different bones and body structures, we learned how we should slightly adapt the way of cutting🌟
