A Look into the Advanced Sushi Lesson

Today, we would like to share with you snapshots of the advanced sushi lesson with you. The students experienced everything from fish filleting to nigiri!

We got a very nice sea bream and sea bass! Since different types of fishes have different bones and body structures, we learned how we should slightly adapt the way of cutting🌟

After all, we made such nice nigiri of them. We worked hard from processing the whole fish to nigiri! Lovely!
